Russia's envoy Dmitriev says US played role in decision not to use Russian sovereign assets for loan to Ukraine

MOSCOW, March 26 (Reuters) - The United States played a "positive and constructive" role in the EU's decision earlier this year not to seize 210 billion euros ($240 billion) worth of Russian sovereign assets for a loan to Ukraine, President Vladimir Putin's special envoy Kirill Dmitriev said on Thursday.
