REPORTS EMERGENCY CREWS RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY AND WORKED TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE AND MULTIPLE PROCESS UNITS WERE SHUT DOWN PER PROCEDURE TO MINIMIZE EMISSIONS
