French Energy Ministry evaluates possibility to increase oil refining capacity

PARIS, March 23 (Reuters) - The French Energy Ministry has started evaluating the possibility to increase the capacity of the country's oil refineries in a bid to soften the effect of the conflict in Iran on energy prices, it said on Monday, adding it would focus mainly on fuel and diesel.
