Russia's Rosatom is preparing for ‘several waves of evacuation’ from Bushehr nuclear power plant, media report

March 23 (Reuters) - The Russian state nuclear corporation, Rosatom, said on Monday that it is preparing for "several waves of evacuation" of its staff from the Bushehr nuclear power plant, state news agency TASS reported.
TASS quoted Alexei Likhachev, Rosatom's head, as saying that the plan is to leave only a few dozen people at Bushehr. Interfax news agency quoted Likhachev as saying that evacuations of Rosatom staff are scheduled for this week.
