Trump says France is keen to help on the Strait of Hormuz

WASHINGTON, March 16 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday said he had spoken to French President Emmanuel Macron, who he said was willing to help unblock the Strait of Hormuz.

Trump, speaking at a White House event, said Secretary of State Marco Rubio would be announcing the names of the countries willing to aid the United States.
