BAGHDAD, March 11 (Reuters) - Iraq's oil ministry sent a letter early last week to the Kurdistan Regional Government seeking permission to pump at least 100,000 barrels per day of crude from Kirkuk oilfields through the Kurdistan pipeline network to Turkey's Ceyhan port, two oil officials familiar with the matter told Reuters.
Shipments could gradually increase depending on availability, and Baghdad would pay the transit fees, the officials said, adding that no reply had yet been received from the KRG.
