CHICAGO, March 2 (Reuters) - Chicago Board of Trade corn futures finished lower on Monday on spillover weakness from falling wheat futures, traders said.
May corn CK26 closed 2-3/4 cents lower to $4.45-3/4 per bushel.
Consultancy Safras & Mercado trimmed its estimate for Brazil's 2025/26 corn output.
Corn has also been under pressure from farmer selling, analysts said.
Earlier in the session, short covering and gains in energy prices helped support corn futures amid concerns over the Iran conflict.
