Germany issues travel warnings for countries near military strikes

BERLIN, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Germany's foreign ministry issued travel warnings for Bahrain, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates after U.S. and Israeli strikes against Iran on Saturday raised the prospect of a wider regional conflict.
The ministry also said it had issued an additional order to leave Lebanon and that German missions were in contact with German nationals in the region.
