US Cash Grains-Soybean basis bids steady to up

CHICAGO, Feb 25 (Reuters) - Basis bids for soybeans were steady to higher at elevators and processors in a spot check of locations in the U.S. Midwest on Wednesday as futures climbed.

Soybean basis bids gained 1 cent at an elevator in Cincinnati, Ohio and 5 cents at a processor in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
Corn and soybean basis bids elsewhere in the spot check were unchanged.
Chicago soybean futures rose on optimism over Chinese demand as comments from Beijing eased some concerns over U.S. tariff policy. Corn also ticked up. GRA/
