Spain's Naturgy sold renewable portfolio in US, annual report shows

MADRID, Feb 25 (Reuters) - Spanish power utility Naturgy NTGY.MC has sold a portfolio of early-stage solar and battery storage development projects in the United States, according to its annual report.
The document does not disclose the buyer nor the value of the sale, and a spokesperson declined to comment when asked about the deal.
Nine projects were sold out of the 11 in the portfolio, with the two remaining ones pending to be sold.
The agreement was reached on February 13.
