After Vance visit, the Kremlin says Russia to develop ties with Armenia and Azerbaijan

MOSCOW, Feb 11 (Reuters) - Russia intends to further develop its relations with both Armenia and Azerbaijan, Kremlin spokesman said on Wednesday after U.S. Vice President JD Vance's visited Armenia and Azerbaijan.
The United States and Azerbaijan signed a strategic partnership in Baku after reaching nuclear deal with Armenia.
Russia has a great deal of experience dealing with Soviet-built nuclear plants, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said of U.S. plans for greater civilian nuclear cooperation with Yerevan.
