EU proposes to add two third-country oil ports in new sanctions package

- The EU's diplomatic arm EEAS has proposed the addition of third-country ports to sanctions against Russia for the first time, its proposal document showed on Monday.
The EEAS, which jointly proposed the 20th sanctions package with the European Commission, proposed to list Kulevi port in Georgia and Karimun port in Indonesia for handling Russian oil, the document seen by Reuters showed.
