- Russia attacked energy infrastructure in Ukraine's southern Odesa region overnight, causing blackouts, Ukrainian largest private energy firm DTEK said on Monday.

"33,500 families in the region are without electricity due to shelling. The damage is significant. It will take time to repair the equipment," it said on the Telegram messenger.
