PBF Energy expects Martinez refinery rebuild extending into February

Jan 2 (Reuters) - PBF Energy PBF.N said on Friday that rebuild activities at its California-based Martinez refinery, following a fire last year, are now expected to progress into February.
A fire had broken out at the 157,000-barrel-per-day refinery on February 1, 2025, impacting its operations.
The company, which had previously projected a year-end 2025 restart, expects to achieve planned operating rates by the beginning of March 2026.
