US Cash Grains-Soy basis bids gain ground at some processors, river terminals

CHICAGO, Dec 23 (Reuters) - U.S. soybean basis bids were steady to higher at processing plants and river terminals in the U.S. Midwest on Tuesday, as futures fell.

• Soy bids rose by 7 cents at a processor in Decatur, Illinois. They rose 2 cents at a river terminal in Davenport, Iowa, and 3 cents at another river terminal in Morris, Illinois.

• Corn bids fell 2 cents at a grain elevator in Blair, Nebraska, and rose 2 cents at the Morris, Illinois, river terminal.

• CBOT corn futures have been choppy, with thin trading volumes. COR/
