MOSCOW, Dec 23 (Reuters) - Oil exports via the Caspian Pipeline Consortium's network are seen rising by 18% to 74.4 million metric tons this year, RIA news agency reported on Tuesday, citing Nikolai Tokarev, head of Russia's oil pipeline monopoly Transneft TRNF_p.MM.
