HOUSTON, Dec 10 (Reuters) - U.S East Coast refinery utilization rose last week to 95.1 percent, its highest since January 2023, data from the Energy Information Administration (EIA) showed on Wednesday.
The weekly data from the U.S. EIA was delayed for a second week in a row, and published nearly 2 minutes past its usual release time. The closely watched report was more than half an hour later than expected last week due to technical issues.
