Nov 13 (Reuters) - La Nina is favored to continue into the Northern Hemisphere winter, with a transition to El Nino-Southern Oscillation (ENSO) neutral most likely in January to March, the U.S. Climate Prediction Center said on Thursday.
"La Niña is expected to remain weak. A weak La Niña would be less likely to result in conventional winter impacts, though predictable signals could still influence the forecast guidance" the U.S. weather forecaster added.
