CARACAS, Oct 28 (Reuters) - Venezuela's National Assembly on Tuesday declared Trinidad and Tobago's Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar persona non grata, following Venezuela's suspension of a wide-ranging energy pact between the neighbors amid political conflict.
