US Cash Grains-Corn basis steady-weaker at elevators and river terminals

CHICAGO, Oct 14 (Reuters) - Basis bids for corn weakened at elevators and river terminals in the U.S. Midwest on Tuesday as the corn harvest continued with limited weather interruptions.

• The corn basis lost 3 cents at an elevator in Cincinnati, Ohio.

• It fell by 1 cent at a river terminal in Seneca, Illinois, and by 2 cents at another in Davenport, Iowa.

• The corn basis firmed, however, at an ethanol plant in Annawan, Illinois.

• U.S. Midwest weather this week will keep interruptions brief and limited for the corn and soy harvest.

• CBOT November soybean futures SX25 were last down 1-3/4 cents at $10.06 per bushel by 12:38 p.m. CST (1738 GMT) and December corn CZ25 were last up 2-1/4 cents at $4.13 a bushel.
