Iran says open to 'fair, balanced' U.S. nuclear proposal

Oct 11 (Reuters) - Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said on Saturday that Tehran welcomes a potential "fair and balanced" U.S. nuclear proposal but sees no reason for talks with European powers.
Speaking to Iranian state TV, Araqchi said that Tehran and Washington are exchanging messages through mediators.
