Brazil's Braskem weighs out-of-court restructuring plan, reports Valor

SAO PAULO, Sept 29 (Reuters) - Brazilian petrochemical producer Braskem BRKM5.SA is assessing alternatives to renegotiate its debt, and an out-of-court restructuring plan is among the most likely options at the moment, newspaper Valor Economico reported on Monday.

The potential out-of-court plan would require approval from creditors, the report said.
