VIENNA, Sept 23 (Reuters) - All external power lines supplying the Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) in Ukraine with electricity vital to cooling its reactors' fuel and preventing a meltdown were down on Tuesday, the U.N. nuclear watchdog said.
"ZNPP lost all off-site power today for 10th time during conflict," the International Atomic Energy Agency said on X, adding: "IAEA team is investigating cause". The plant, where the IAEA has a handful of staff stationed, is equipped with diesel generators to supply power in the event of such blackouts.
