CHICAGO, Aug 25 (Reuters) - Chicago Board of Trade wheat futures rose on Monday on spillover support from corn futures and hopes of U.S. export sales with Black Sea prices robust.
Corn futures rose after a crop tour forecasted the U.S. corn harvest below estimates from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Ample global supplies of wheat have limited gains.
CBOT December soft red winter wheat WZ25 settled 2-1/2 cents higher at $5.29-3/4 per bushel.
K.C. December hard red winter wheat KWZ25 fell 1/4 cent to $5.20-3/4 a bushel.
Minneapolis September spring wheat MWEU25 fell 1/4 cent to end at $5.90-1/4 a bushel.
