WINNIPEG, Manitoba, Aug 25 (Reuters) - ICE canola futures fell on Monday as weakness in Chicago soyoil spilled over.
• November canola RSX5 settled down $7.10 at $659.40 per metric ton. January RSF6 fell $6 to $671.50.
• Cool and wet weather across much of Western Canada has slowed harvest progress and retarded late crop development. Cool weather was good for yield in July when the crop was flowering, but now as pods are finishing filling and needing to dry down, most crops would benefit from increased heat.
• Traders are getting ready for Thursday's Statistics Canada crop production report, which is based on model-based analysis of crop conditions in late July.
• Chicago Board of Trade soyoil futures BOv1 fell 0.81%.
• Euronext August rapeseed futures COMG5 rose 0.87%.
• Malaysian palm oil futures FCPOc3 fell 0.75% on worries about higher prices curtailing demand. POI/
