REPORTS LOSS OF BOILER FEED WATER TO THE GOHT SRU TRAIN NO. 1 AND NO. 2 RESULTED IN A UNIT UPSET AND CAUSED EXCESS EMISSIONS AT THE SOUTH PLANT INCINERATOR G-2063 AND AT THE GOHT INCINERATOR G-18-1403 AT GALVESTON, TEXAS CITY REFINERY
REPORTS EMISSIONS WERE SAFELY ROUTED TO THE APPROPRIATE CONTROL DEVICE AS APPLICABLE AND AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE
