CORRECTED-Centrica frontrunner to buy National Grid's LNG terminal in $2 billion deal, FT reports

Aug 13 (Reuters) - Centrica CNA.L and Energy Capital Partners are in exclusive talks to buy the Isle of Grain terminal, in a deal worth around 1.5 billion pounds ($2.04 billion) from its owner, National Grid NG.L, the Financial Times reported on Wednesday.
Reuters could not immediately confirm the report.
