US Cash Crude-Coastal grades rise, inland crude slips

Aug 7 (Reuters) - Grades were mixed on Thursday, dealers said, with coastal grades Light Louisiana Sweet and Mars Sour rising while inland grade West Texas Sour slipped.

WTI Midland WTC-WTM was steady at a midpoint of a 40-cent premium to U.S. crude futures.

Lending support, U.S. crude oil stockpiles fell last week as exports rose, while gasoline and distillate inventories also declined, the Energy Information Administration said on Wednesday.

Crude inventories fell by 3 million barrels to 423.7 million barrels in the week ended August 1, the EIA said, exceeding analysts' expectations in a Reuters poll for a 591,000-barrel draw.

* Light Louisiana Sweet WTC-LLS for September delivery rose 3 cents to a midpoint of a $1.93 premium and was seen bid and offered between a $1.70 and $2.15 a barrel premium to U.S. crude futures CLc1

* Mars Sour WTC-MRS rose 30 cents to a midpoint of parity and was seen bid and offered between a discount of 10 cents and a 10-cent a barrel premium to U.S. crude futures CLc1

* WTI Midland WTC-WTM was steady at a midpoint of a 40-cent premium and was seen bid and offered between a 30-cent and 50-cent a barrel premium to U.S. crude futures CLc1

* West Texas Sour WTC-WTS fell 3 cents to a midpoint of a 18-cent discount and was seen bid and offered between a 25-cent and 10-cent a barrel discount to U.S. crude futures CLc1

* WTI at East Houston WTC-MEH, also known as MEH, traded between a 45-cent and 65-cent a barrel premium to U.S. crude futures CLc1

* ICE Brent October futures LCOc1 fell 46 cents to settle at $66.43 a barrel

* WTI September crude CLc1 futures fell 47 cents to settle at $63.88 a barrel

* The Brent/WTI spread WTCLc1-LCOc1 narrowed 10 cents to last trade at minus $3.38, after hitting a high of minus $3.38 and a low of minus $3.50
