US Cash Grains-Corn basis bids mostly steady to firm, soybean bids flat-lower

CHICAGO, July 11 (Reuters) - Spot basis bids for corn were mostly steady at U.S. Midwest interior and river elevators early on Friday and mostly unchanged to firm at processing plants as futures values eased ahead of a monthly U.S. government crop report due later in the morning.

• Spot soybean basis bids were mostly flat to weaker around the region.

• Farmer sales were slow ahead of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's monthly crop supply and demand report scheduled for release at 11 a.m. CDT (1600 GMT).

• The USDA is expected to slightly decrease its U.S. corn supply outlook for the current season following a strong export pace, according to analysts. U.S. soybean stocks were seen rising slightly.

• Chicago Board of Trade December corn futures CZ25 were down 2-1/2 cents at $4.14 a bushel at midmorning, while November soybean futures SX25 were down 2-1/2 cents at $10.11-1/4 per bushel.
