RIO DE JANEIRO, July 11 (Reuters) - The head of Brazil's beef industry group ABIEC said on Friday that the 50% tariff U.S. President Donald Trump threatened to impose on Brazilian goods would make it "economically unfeasible" for the South American country to export beef to the United States.
Roberto Perosa told reporters he still did not know what would happen to beef en route or about to be shipped to the U.S. in light of the tariff threat, adding that export contracts would "obviously" need to be revised.
