Kremlin says it can 'minimize' EU's proposed new oil price cap

MOSCOW, July 11 (Reuters) - The Kremlin said on Friday that it has good experience of tackling and minimising challenges, such as a floating Russian oil price cap, which could be introduced by the European Union.
Four EU diplomats told Reuters on Thursday that the European Commission was expected to propose a floating Russian oil price cap this week as part of a new draft sanctions package in an attempt to overcome opposition from some member states.
