CHICAGO, June 23 (Reuters) - Chicago Board of Trade soybean futures sagged on Monday as ideal growing weather was expected for the U.S. Midwest.
CBOT November soybeans SX25 ended down 14 cents at $10.46-3/4 a bushel.
CBOT December soyoil BOZ25 ended down 1.35 cents at 53.75 cents per pound and July soymeal SMN25 settled down $1.70 cents at $282.40 per short ton.
Midwest rains boosted soil moisture reserves this week ahead of a weekend heat wave and periods of additional rain are forecast alongside warm weather over the coming weeks, forecasters said.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture was expected to rate 67% of U.S. soybeans in good to excellent condition in its weekly crop progress and condition report, a Reuters poll of 12 analysts showed on Monday.
