US crude stockpiles post steepest drawdown since June 2024, EIA data shows
NEW YORK, June 18 (Reuters) - U.S. crude oil inventories, excluding the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, fell by 11.47 million barrels last week, the biggest slump since the week of June 28, 2024, data from the Energy Information Administration showed on Wednesday.
Total U.S. commercial crude oil stocks were at 420.9 million barrels as of June 13, the lowest since January, the data showed.
