Grupo Mexico to sell most of its highway business for $406 mln
MEXICO CITY, June 13 (Reuters) - Mexican conglomerate Grupo Mexico has agreed to sell most of its highway business for approximately 7.7 billion pesos ($406.4 million), including stakes in highway operators CIBSA, OIBSA, and Autopista Silao.
The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2025, pending regulatory approval.
