US refiner crude oil input rose last week to highest since 2019, EIA says
NEW YORK, June 11 (Reuters) - U.S. refiner net input of crude oil rose 228,000-barrels-per-day (bpd) last week to 17.34 million bpd, the highest since December 2019, data from the Energy Information Administration showed on Wednesday.
The surge came as refiners in the U.S. Gulf Coast hub cranked up their net crude oil input to 9.55 million bpd in the week ended June 6, the highest since December 2018.
