US Cash Grains-Spot soybean bids higher at processors, corn bids fall

CHICAGO, May 27 (Reuters) - Spot soybean basis bids ticked higher at two soybean processors while corn bids fell, spot checks showed.

• Soy bids rose at two Indiana processors and fell at an Illinois river terminal.

• Corn bids fell at an Iowa processor and an Illinois river terminal.

• Soybean futures rose under support from soyoil futures, which have gained strength on hopes that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will release new biofuel blending mandates.

• The U.S. Department of Agriculture in its weekly crop report Tuesday afternoon will release corn condition ratings and planting progress for the corn and soybean crop.

• CBOT July corn futures CN25 were last unchanged at $4.59-1/2 per bushel and July soybean futures SN25 were up 2 cents to $10.62-1/2 per bushel.
