Citi raises 0-3 month Brent forecast to $60/bbl

May 14 (Reuters) - Citi Research on Wednesday raised its 0-3-month Brent point price view slightly to $60 per barrel, but kept its second- and third-quarter Brent averages at $62/bbl and $63/bbl, respectively.
