India proposes counter duties against US, notice to WTO shows

NEW DELHI, May 13 (Reuters) - India has told the World Trade Organisation (WTO) that it proposes to levy duties on some products made in the U.S. and shipped to India, to counter Washington's tariffs on steel and aluminium products produced in Asia's No.3 economy.
