MOSCOW, March 26 (Reuters) - Russia's President Vladimir Putin's order for a moratorium on attacking energy infrastructure in Ukraine is still in force and is being fulfilled by Russia’s armed forces, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday
The Kremlin said on Tuesday that oil refineries, oil and gas pipelines and nuclear power stations are among the targets on which Russia and Ukraine agreed to temporarily suspend strikes for 30 days. Peskov said it applied from March 18, when Putin agreed on the move with U.S. President Donald Trump in a phone call.
