Ecuador heavy crude oil pipeline resumes operations after preventative closure

QUITO, Feb 23 (Reuters) - The OCP heavy crude oil pipeline in the Ecuadorean province of Esmeraldas resumed operations on Sunday, after it was taken offline temporarily on Friday as a precaution due to intense rains and mudslides, according to a statement from OCP Ecuador.
