Russia is not considering quitting Paris climate agreement, economy minister says

MOSCOW, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Russia is not considering withdrawing from the Paris climate agreement, Economy Minister Maxim Reshetnikov said on Friday.
Moscow needs a couple of months more to provide the United Nations with its updated plans to reduce carbon emissions, he added.
