BEIJING, Feb 13 (Reuters) - China on Thursday urged the U.S. to return to the correct track of the multilateral system after the U.S. levied tariffs on aluminium and steel imports in the latest trade war salvo.
The U.S. approach is a typical act of unilateralism and protectionism and seriously damages the rights and interests of all countries and undermines rules-based multilateral trade, a spokesperson for China's Commerce ministry said at a regular press conference.
