Feb 12 (Reuters) - The European Commission is weighing new powers to temporarily cap gas prices, the Financial times reported on Wednesday.
Brussels is considering a cap as part of discussions about a "clean industrial deal" policy document to be presented next month, the newspaper reported, citing people with knowledge of the talks.
