Trump says he will bring tariffs down to 10% on Canadian oil

WASHINGTON, Jan 31 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday that he will decrease threatened tariffs on Canadian oil to 10%.
Trump said that tariffs on oil and gas are likely to take effect on Feb 18.
