Jan 31 (Reuters) - Australia's Origin Energy ORG.AX on Friday reported an 11% sequential rise in second-quarter revenue from its stake in the Australia Pacific LNG (APLNG) project in Queensland, helped by robust gas prices and higher gas sales.
The power producer said revenue from APLNG — a joint venture with U.S. oil and gas major ConocoPhillips COP.N and Sinopec 600028.SS — rose to A$681 million ($422.70 million) for the quarter ended Dec. 31, compared with A$615 million in the preceding three months.
