Vision Marine Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based company. The Company designs and manufactures electric propulsion systems and complete electric boat solutions. The Company’s flagship E-Motion 180E powertrain is a purpose-built, high-voltage electric marine propulsion system powering vessels such as the V30 180 HP Electric Pontoon. Its E-Motion powertrain includes high voltage marine battery packs, inverter (charger), throttle control and monitoring and control software. Its segments include Sale of electric boats and Rental of electric boats. The Sale of electric boats segment is engaged in the manufacture of customized electric boats for consumer market and sale of boat parts maintenance. The Rental of electric boat segment is engaged in short-term rental operation and boat club membership. Its electric boat models include V24 Pontoon, V30 Pontoon, Fantail 217, Volt 180, Phantom, V17 Electric Pontoon, and others.
