AgEagle Aerial Systems Inc. is engaged in designing and delivering flight hardware, sensors and software that solve important problems for its customers. The Company is a provider of full stack drone solutions for customers worldwide in the energy, construction, agriculture, and government verticals. The Company operates through three segments: Drones, Sensors, and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Its Drones segment comprises contractual arrangements to develop, manufacture and /or modify complex drone related products, and to provide associated engineering, technical and other services according to customer specifications. Its Sensors segment comprises the sale of sensors, cameras, and related accessories. Its SaaS segment offers online-based subscriptions. The Company’s eBee line of professional drones include eBee Ag, eBee Geo, eBee TAC, eBee X and eBee VISION. Its sensor solutions include Altum-PT, RedEdge-P, Aeria X, Duet M, Duet T, S.O.D.A. and S.O.D.A. 3D.
