The Company is formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, recapitalization, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses or entities. It identifies a prospective target business, which will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic location, although we intend to focus our search for a target business on companies engaged in the health and wellness, hospitality, media and entertainment, shipping, infrastructure, and waterways tourism sectors. The Company has conducted no operations and has generated no revenues.
