Owens & Minor, Inc. is a global healthcare solutions company providing essential products and services that support care from the hospital to the home. The Company operates through two segments: Products & Healthcare Services and Patient Direct. The Products & Healthcare Services segment includes its United States distribution division (Medical Distribution), including an outsourced logistics and value-added services business, and its Global Products division, which manufactures and sources medical surgical products through its production and kitting operations. It provides medical supplies and solutions for infection prevention across acute, alternate site and consumer channels. The Patient Direct segment includes its home healthcare divisions (Byram and Apria). The segment provides delivery of disposable medical supplies sold directly to patients and home health agencies and is a provider of integrated home healthcare equipment and related services in the United States.
