The Company's segments include Sterilization and Disinfection Control, Clinical Genomics, Biopharmaceutical Development, and Calibration Solutions. Sterilization and Disinfection Control segment manufactures and sells biological, chemical and cleaning indicators. Clinical Genomics segment develops, manufactures and sells genetic analysis tools and related consumables and services. Biopharmaceutical Development segment develops, manufactures, sells and services automated systems for protein analysis and peptide synthesis solutions. Calibration Solutions segment develops, manufactures, sells and services control products using principles of advanced metrology to enable customers to measure and calibrate critical parameters in applications, such as renal care, environmental and process monitoring.
